Privacy in Plain English

This site uses Vercel Analytics — a cookie-free analytics tool that collects only anonymous page-view data. We do not collect personal information, run ads, or sell data. If you contact us, the information you provide is used only to respond to you.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the website nemoclaw.openclawed-ai.com ("the Site"), an independent community documentation resource covering NemoClaw and the OpenClaw agent security stack. The Site is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by NVIDIA Corporation.

Our guiding principle is minimal data collection. We do not run advertising networks, sell data to third parties, or build personal profiles of any kind. We collect only the anonymous usage data necessary to understand how the Site is being used so we can improve its content.

Effective date: April 1, 2026

2. Data We Collect

We collect two categories of information:

2.1 Automatically Collected Analytics Data

The Site uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics service. Vercel Analytics does not use browser cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting. The data it collects is aggregated and anonymous. It includes:

  • Page views and navigation paths
  • Referring URL (the page you came from)
  • General geographic region (country and region, derived from IP — the IP address itself is not stored)
  • Browser type and operating system (user-agent string)
  • Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)

No personally identifiable information is collected through Vercel Analytics. You cannot be identified from the data it records.

2.2 Information You Voluntarily Provide

If you use our Contact page to send a message or report an error, you may choose to provide your name and email address. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not stored in a database, shared with third parties, or used for marketing.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or persistent browser storage for analytics purposes. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies.

Your browser may set session cookies as part of standard HTTP operation or as set by the hosting infrastructure (Vercel). These are technical necessities and contain no personal information.

4. Third-Party Services

5. How We Use Data

The anonymous analytics data we receive is used exclusively to:

  • Understand which documentation pages are most read and most useful
  • Identify documentation gaps based on search and navigation patterns

Any personal information you voluntarily provide via the Contact page is retained only for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry, and is not stored beyond that purpose.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

7.1 GDPR (European Union and UK)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, EU and UK residents have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data we hold about them. As we collect minimal personal data, the practical scope of these rights is narrow. To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@openclawed-ai.com.

7.2 CCPA (California)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion of personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. For data requests, contact us at privacy@openclawed-ai.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for technical professionals and developers. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at privacy@openclawed-ai.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
